I'm using Zorin OS and Nemo file manager. It doesnt work in Nemo file manager whatsoever, the "scripts" option doesnt even come up in the submenu. But it does work in Nautilus, but wont work in Nautilus with avif, heic or jxl image files.

Please help.
Thanks.

Also, very important, see how Lich-Corals accomplishes this in Nemo, his only does certain types of conversion:

Hello, @Username23453 ! Thanks for the issue.

I've made all the necessary corrections. Could you please retest the installation?

Now, the installer installs the scripts for every file manager installed on the system.

Moreover, I did some tests converting images from avif and heic to png and it works... Would you like to have scripts that convert images to these new formats too? Would it be this?

Wait... I've found another bug for when you have multiple file managers installed. I'm working on this now... 😅

Hello, @Username23453 ! I think the bug is solved now.

I did the tests: Using Zorin OS 7.1 with Nautilus and Nemo installed. Also, I did conversions from avif and heic to png.

Could you please retest?

@cfgnunes , i can see the scripts submenu now. But when I try to convert .heic to .png, I get an error,see link:

2.) When I try to convert avif to png, it says, "you must select an image first" but I do already have avif selected.

And the same goes for .jxl.

@Username23453 thanks for your feedback.

Could you please attach the sample files, the images heic and jxl that you are using, for me to make some tests here?

After seeing the log, it seems to me that this is a bug (or a limitation) in the convert command (from ImageMagick).

@cfgnunes , try to convert all these to PNG, none of them work. Extract this zip file:
