Workflowcreator error with test case 1

Describe the bug
when i 'm trying to run Test case 1 from the activated ceasiompy environment, the following error occured:

Expected behavior
the gui would appear

• OS/Distribution: Linux 20.04.3
• Python version : Python 3.7.11
• CEASIOMpy version 0.1.1

You should try to executed the following command after you activate your Conda environment.
pip install -e .

Thnx for the reply. I overcame this error by updating conda. im facing another proble when running test case 3:

i tried to install the latest vtk but that didnt help.

any suggestions?

It's probably a compatibility issue with another module... but difficult to say which one.

I have the version "9.0.1" of vtk if it can help.

In the meantime, a workaround solution would be to comment the vtk import and the "extractloads.py" function, if you don't use this function, it is only useful to export forces to be seen in paraview.

Im encountering the same error while executing the workflowcreator for case 1; Simple workflow (without RCE). Can you please inform "to which version you updated the miniconda?"
