首次打开提示错误

通常每个套接字地址（协议/网络地址/端口）只允许使用一次。

关闭外部的端口占用后点击打开将无反应

复现步骤 / To Reproduce

占用端口,打开TCP服务端,取消占用端口,再打开TCP服务端

预期的行为 / Expected behavior

正常打开TCP服务端
