⌨ TDD the Chess\Eval\QueenSideMajorityEval class

A new evaluation feature called Chess\Eval\QueenSideMajorityEval needs to be implemented in the php-chess/src/Eval folder. The PHPUnit tests are to be written in the php-chess/tests/unit/Eval/QueenSideMajorityEvalTest.php file accordingly.
