For example:

yosys-f4pga-plugins/xdc-plugin/Makefile:	install -D $< $(YOSYS_PLUGINS_DIR)/fasm_extra_modules/$<

should be

yosys-f4pga-plugins/xdc-plugin/Makefile:	install -D $< $(DESTDIR)$(YOSYS_PLUGINS_DIR)/fasm_extra_modules/$<
