We need to decide what data exactly we will be using for the jamboree. A simple, less ambitious option would be to use MIMIC-IV

MIMIC-IV is hosted on PhysioNet (which is integrated with Google Cloud), making it easy to enable access. MIT regularly host "datathons" and workshops using this data, so it would be fairly straightforward to arrange.

It would be better if we could use a more CHoRUS-focused dataset, which might mean data that is:

  • from multiple institutions
  • structured according to CHoRUS requirements (e.g. OMOP, CCDEF, etc)
