Providing participants with example code for data exploration and analysis

Typically, when we are running PhysioNet/MIMIC workshops, we provide participants with example code to get started. e.g.

• code for the Society of Critical Care Medicine Datathon is at: https://github.com/MIT-LCP/sccm-datathon.
• reusable queries for extracting concepts can be found at: https://github.com/MIT-LCP/mimic-code

We should consider preparing similar materials for the datathon, particularly because researchers are unlikely to be familiar with the CHoRUS data and its structure.
