App disappears from the status bar

I have proxmox VM, Big Sur.

Archer TPU3

Any idea why the app doesnt stay in the status bar. I install the app, restarted, put in the usb, start the VM, and the app is gone. I reinstall it and the "new wifi app in the status bar" is there, and wifi works.

When i shutdown and reboot, the app is gone again.
