Add JTS Test Builder like example test app

I think that it's good to provide JTS Test Builder like example test app in this repository's docs/examples docs/public/apps, but how do you think about this ?

I once tried a bit simple one at my old geos-com project, so if it's okay, I am thinking to port the following my old example app with upgrading old OpenLayers 2 to the latest OpenLayers 7.5.0.

Well, I just deployed it with minimum changes on my fork's tester branch. 😄

I still haven't upgraded OpenLayers 2.x to 7.5.0 and applied GEOS 3.0.3 => 3.12.0 changes, so I will work more on my fork branch.

@chrispahm Well, I felt that this work needs a lot of time (at least for me), so I renamed my fork repository to geos-wasm-tester, once. 😅

By the way, FOSS4G Asia 2023 event's CfP deadline was extended to August 24th, so I will register Online Talk (20 mins) about this project, this example test app and something related topics (Map engines (OpenLayers, MapLibre, etc.), WebAssembly, etc.). 😊

Sorry, I haven't been checking this out yet! But it sounds useful, I guess?
The other day I was working on prototyping GeoParquet + GEOS-WASM in Observable, not sure if you have seen it already. Made some progress passing the WKB geometry column straight from GeoParquet to the WASM heap, it's relatively efficient I'd say! 😊

FOSS4G Asia sounds great as well! Let me know if you need any further input

Related with the example test app, my pace is really slow, so I separated it to the independent geos-wasm-tester repository, once.
Until this Friday, I am busy with other company things, but I will try to upgrade OpenLayers 2.13.1 to 8.1.0 in this weekend.

Sorry, I finished to upgrade OpenLayers 8.1.0 just last Monday (almost 1 month delay), and there are still a lot of bugs/tasks, so I will keep it as the independent repository for a while (maybe more 2 or 3 months)... 🙇‍♂️

By the way, during developing the tester app, I found some issues on this side, so I will create new issues to here in this weekend. (I need to remember those and make reproducible codes with a certain time.)

Sounds good! I also have been caught up with other tasks, so haven't been working on GEOS much!
