Minilogue XD,handling user mod,del,rev,osc's #271
Comments
Funnily enough I was just looking for the Monologue specs as the provided librarian doesn't even work for me, I'm sure you've already found it, but in case it's of use, I've attached the Minilogue MIDI Spec here. |
Thank you ! (found it allready in another thread/issue.) I'm having a hard time with the midi drivers and the librarian here too (Windows 11) A video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPceeevyMnU said it was supposedly fixed in the latest Korg USB driver - but that is not what I see. I haven't found the correlation yet - it seems to be related to either Tobias Erichsen loopmidi, or the "MIDIBerry" software I use for my CME XKey air. |
btw, you attached the minilogue specs. I have the minilogue XD - I found the specs here: https://github.com/christofmuc/KnobKraft-orm/files/7804393/minilogue_xd__MIDIImp.txt |
I just got a secondhand Minilogue XD.
Patch librarian looks good, thanks.
However, It doesn't seem to handle a library of user oscillators, effects and modulators.
a patch on the Minilogue can be considered just a part of the voice - there is also the optional user oscillators and fx - the right ones has to be stored in the same slot number as when the patch was first made. logue-SDK units are available from many sources, see: https://korginc.github.io/logue-sdk/unit-index/
This is hell to manage - the Korg Librarian does not offer any help.
Are there any plans to add/expand on the logue-SDK unit part of KnobKraft-orm ?
I'm not a programmer, but I have the unit, and I'm willing to help testing.
