Installation Instructions

  1. Make sure you have Python 3.8 or higher
  2. Clone pyciemss repository: git clone https://github.com/ciemss/pyciemss.git. Use your GitHub username, and a Personal Access Token for the password
  3. Navigate into the cloned folder cd pyciemss
  4. Install dependencies. pip install -e . or pip install -e .[tests] to install test dependencies.
  5. Open docs/source/interfaces.ipynb.
  6. Run the notebook!
