为什么你认为需要此功能

使用流量卡不担心流量问题，但因被识别为非WiFi网络而必须手动点击继续

联系到哪些已经存在的 bug 或者功能

功能：去除是否继续接收弹窗

具体功能需要 / Detailed features requirements

在【去除是否继续接收弹窗】下加入【自动停止】的开关，开启为自动停止，关闭即为自动继续
