New Pure Data (Pd) Patch Examples

A few folks have asked about a board.json for compiling Pd patches for the Hothouse, so I added a hothouse.json and some simple Pd examples to the repo recently. Find them here. They're not earth-shattering, awesome-sauce patches or anything, but they do demonstrate how to send and receive message to and from the Hothouse hardware with the JSON file.
