Can't start cloudflared.exe🐛

Describe the bug
Can't start it. which means like this:
cloudflared.exe service install ***
程序“cloudflared.exe”无法运行: 指定的可执行文件不是此操作系统平台的有效应用程序。所在位置 行:1 字符: 1

• cloudflared.exe service install *** ...

所在位置 行:1 字符: 1

• cloudflared.exe service install *** ...

•   + CategoryInfo          : ResourceUnavailable: (:) [], ApplicationFailedException

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Not Configure
2. Run 'cloudflared.exe service install ***
3. See error

If it's an issue with Cloudflare Tunnel:
