hey 👋 this isn't an enabled specific thing. it applies to a couple fields and is documented at https://developers.cloudflare.com/ruleset-engine/about/rulesets/#managed-rulesets. this isn't something we're likely to pull into the terraform docs given it is a service wide thing and impacts all implementations of it but we'll keep it in mind if/when this pops up again.
