Describe the bug
Since renaming DLUHC (#235), we now have broken links for https://www.api.gov.uk/mhclg/ elsewhere.
https://www.api.gov.uk/mhclg/
We should consider whether we should be providing redirects, at least for some time, when this happens.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
Page loads / is redirected to the new page.
