stuck in a loop trying to link jira cloud to cobalt app

I have the app installed in my Jira instance, under Manage Apps.
I locate Cobalt and click on Get Started
I sign into Cobalt.
I click on Integrations - Jira - Installation. Jira Cloud has a blue circle next to it.
At this point, I shouldn't be seeing instructions that tell me how to get the app...I already have it, and that's how I got to this point...
So right now I'm stuck in a kind of loop and cannot proceed.
If I click on the link in step 1 under Jira Cloud, the marketplace page shows "Get it now"...but again, I've already installed it.
I'm a site and org admin for my company's Atlassian products.
