This there a way to block keywords/topics?

I watch a lot of news clips and would like to block videos related to animal cruelty. I'm hoping for something like Instagram's "Content Preferences" settings. Screenshot attached.

Even just a basic implementation of keyword and/or channel blocking in search results would be excellent, even if that "blocking" just looks like removing the thumbnail and title a la "Hide watched videos".
