bug: Switching modes (Light to Dark)

Describe the bug
Toggle switch is not recognized for new users

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make the border dark for the toggle and add z Index

Expected behavior
It needs to be visible as toggle or add a tooltip

@p1kalys @devsargam I had a question , If I added a tooltip on the light theme then to it will only be visible on hover , so should I try to change the ui switch a bit??
