Activity Alert

Rationale

Sometimes I want to monitor one activity, typically for non-IATI centric purposes e.g. I am waiting for the first document to be added to a project, or I want to know when a disbursement is made.

Proposal

There could be a service where I select an activity, potentially a specific IATI field I want to watch, and give my email. The service checks for changes at an interval that I set.

It might need to check for things going offline before messaging me though. Maybe it could tweet me, so as not to have to setup emails etc.
