Describe the Current Behavior/Feature:

Update Desktop Navbar

update logo and brand implementation
Fix color contrast
Donate badge or Support Code PDX for navbar?

Update Mobile Navbar

Switched position of hamburger and darkmode switch or move darkmode to hamburger menu
Maybe reduce some height of the mobile navbar
