Adding a Locate button to the Fleets pane would allow zeroing in on specific fleets, both stationed, and moving, on the Galactic View

Also applies on Empire builds and colonies. Alternative to scrolling.

Something that would really help is having the coordinates of the star visible in the fleets tab.
