Viewing Alliance list is glitchy

Alliance list will flash and reload itself repeatedly when you are going down it. I don't know if this is due to the large number of alliances that are out there(most of them being long dead) or if it's just a slight issue in the way its coded.

This doesn't affect gameplay too much but it should probably be resolved to make the game look more complete.

Is this still a problem for you in 0.9.892 if you have "Show inactive" unchecked? I suspect it might be a glitching due to all the images it loads, which means with fewer visible it should mostly be gone now (FWIW, it doesn't seem to happen on my Pixel XL)

It's still likes to reload every few seconds. I have a moto e5 cruise which isn't that fancy of a phone. Maybe it's because of my phone.
