500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

Thank you for releasing an amazing resource! I was trying to use the web API and met with 500 internal server error. What would be the best course of action to fix this? Thanks!

The exact error:

Server error
InternalServerError: 500 Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Someone at Luminoso probably has to restart a database connection or something. The problem is I don't know anybody there anymore.
