[feature] Add self-contained download zip for Linux ARM64 on Releases page

What is your suggestion?

I would like to be able to download a self-contained zip file for Conan releases targeting Linux ARM64.

Currently I can only find Linux x86_64 or Mac ARM64 on this page:
