Provider Documentation is Out-of-Date

The providers have been augmented but the documentation is trailing.
The providers are suggested by https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-smithy/tree/main/conda_smithy/templates

As an example the github-actions provider does not appear in the documentation shown above.

If I can get some guidance I would be willing to make a PR to update the documentation.

I started a fork phreed@d009c1b
I see that woodpecker is a replacement for drone.
If there was documentation for drone it seems to have already been removed.

The main issue is determining the specific options for github_actions and woodpecker.
Any advice?
