What is the problem you're trying to solve

Suggesting to remove support for rootlesskit v1 on the CI:

  • v2 has been out for some time now
  • v1 is making tests fail a lot in random ways (networking issues)
  • testing matrix size is reaching the point of not being particularly useful anymore

What do you folks think?

Remove CI pipeline testing rootlesskit v1.
