Ensure Alerts are created with a label managed by

Add a label to identify that the alert is managed by the Coralogix Operator.
Currently, Coralogix allows users to specify under the Alert Details a set of labels to help with the alert search, as we can see in the image below.

Would be useful to add labels to the Alerts managed by the operator, so we can easily find those alerts on the Coralogix UI.
