When connecting a GRPC client, why do you use 127.0.0.1 instead of using
config.Address?https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/blob/main/server/start.go#L454
This causes problems for operators using private IPs.
I checked the PR(#11234), but I'm not sure why.
