Problem

Gaia docs needs an upgrade. There is too much duplication and out of date material.
This epic aims to restructure and plan updates to the current set of docs and related sites.

@nemesifier Thanks for pointing that out.

We'll sort it out in one of the upcoming PRs.

I'm closing this issue as it's largely been completed but work was tracked elsewhere.
