Richer locking?

Thinking about larger business use of Cozo.

It is useful to have a variety of locking behaviours available.

eg Postgres makes a great work queue. Workers can use a SKIP LOCKED query to find all the work that isn't already locked, and lock and retrieve a suitable number of them in one query. I don't think I can do that in Cozo right now.
