Unable to tune channels #11

I tried to stream in vlc, plex or find channels in nextpvr, nothing works. However, if i try to download sample video http://192.168.1.100:5004/videotest/v1234?tuner=0&duration=45&remux=1 it works flawlessly.

any help would be appreciated.
