✨ Allow user to compose several operations into one transaction

Describe The Problem

Although the DAO action data allows multiple operations, the UI does not allow user to pack several operations into one transaction.

Suggest A Solution

Add a shopping like feature that on every transaction submission page, user can choose to continue building the transaction. If there's already a building transaction, new operations will be appended into the existing transaction.
