Find a way to update com.microsoft.identity:common without adding opentelemetry

Motivation

com.microsoft.identity:common added in v9.1.0 opentelemetry. com.microsoft.identity:common is used in our com.microsoft.identity.client:msal library which is used for authentication for the OneDrive cloud. Currently we can only use v4.0.5 which uses com.microsoft.identity:common v8.0.3.

To update we need to fork com.microsoft.identity:common and remove the dependency or use another way to authenticate OneDrive users.
