Thumbnails duplicate on the home feed #567

Steps to Reproduce:

sometimes when opening the app when you have 2 or more streams on your home feed, the thumbnail will be the same for both streams (even though the thumbnails should be different). Pulling to refresh the feed seems to clear this up.
