To enable some more minimal installations of ctapipe, e.g. for ACADA SAG, we should make at least the following dependencies optional:

matplotlib
bokeh

Maybe also:

pyeventio & zstandard (make simtel event source a plugin?)
iminuit (used for muon calib and impact)
numba?
