Se puede usar https://github.com/apilayer/freegeoip/ como un microservicio o una extension de django para acceder a la ubicacion cuando se hace el request del index, y ahi setear el valor en el html

Teniendo esto se puede centrar el mapa y localizar la region inicial en base a esta query
