[QualityOfLife] Remember Name & File path of the opened PDF in save Menu

By default, the PDF save menu opens with the last saved file path, with the name field empty, for any manually opened pdfs.

When I use NAPS2 to edit/open existing PDFs, its bit of a chore to browse and retype the file name to save it again. Users generally expect the CTRL+s / Save Menu to remember the Name and Path of the current opened pdf file (or the most recent if multiple opened).
