本地调试的热更新功能无法正常使用。

你好，我使用“微信开发者工具”的“云开发”功能中的“本地调试”的过程中，ctrl+s正常保存我自己的代码，然后出现这样的bug：

请问该怎么办？
是不是这个错误“Error: 未授权腾讯云” 导致的？

我使用的版本是：
Stable v1.03.2005140

我之前使用了别的版本，没有出现过这个问题，卸载并且重新装了这个版本的程序就有这个问题了。
