Central repository holds code, container documentation, and wiki style tutorials for installation and running jobs on local machines, high performance computing, and cloud.

Also contains in the wiki a background scientific description with details for the effective energy and mass transfer (eemt) equation (Rasmussen et al. 2015), and the related GRASS 7.2 r.sun distributed job information.

provisioning

This is the repository with the .cron jobs.

singularity

This is the repository with the Singularity container for running jobs.

sol

Contains the workflow for calculating solar irradiance and hours/day from r.sun.

eemt

This is the repository with the container for running jobs by hand or on our own local cluster or hpc.

opal2-vm

This is the repository with the instructions for hosting a virtual machine (VM) running Opal2.

The VM is used to master jobs from OpenTopography.org, which also uses an Opal2 web service.
