Is this project still actively maintained?

I'm looking for a scripting language to build a data pipeline system on top of and I really like what I see with Tengo. However I don't want to commit to a scripting language thats not actively maintained. Latest commit seems to be 9 months ago and there are currently 15 open PRs with some being multiple years old.

Questions:

• Is the project actively maintained when it comes to bugs?
• Is the project actively accepting and developing new features?
• Is the project actively seeking to maintain compatibility with the latest go versions?
• Does the project have any form of funding or 3rd party investment / involvement?

Bugs are maintained, features not so much unless they don't add a significant maintenance overhead.
