Remove double @@ on selecting the mention from the suggestions list

whenever I'm pressing @ Its opening the suggestion list but without giving additional space I had again write @ it should close the suggestion list and took both the @@ as the plain text just like we have same feature in linkedIn , facebook , github, etc.
Any Idea how can I fix that we are using the mentioned version .? @dabakovich @hyze2d

Having the same issues, @dabakovich any fix around this ?
when you have a mention before, and the @ button is pressed to insert another mentions its puts it before the previous mention.

according to the image there is already one mention, when you click to add another mention, it places it in the start of the string.
