Add attachment that was not submitted to e-mail

Hi

We have a form that a user can fill to receive a PDF about a certain subject.
So the attachment is not uploaded by the users.

How would we add this attachment to the e-mail output workflow?

• Or more global, the Pimcore Mail Events
