Error: Failed to check Content Document 'tp.xhtml' #164
Comments
Hello could you please send me an EPUB with which I could try to reproduce the problem? Thank you! Regards, Daniel |
Hello,
Trudy has left Canadian Scholars, and I’ve taken over he projects. I also cannot get Ace by DAISY 1.1.5 to work on my computer, and neither can my colleagues. We are all using Windows 10.
I just tried the attached EPUB and got the following error message:
Error: Failed to check Content Document 'cop.xhtml': did-fail-load: -3 - - acehttps://0.0.0.0//OEBPS/cop.xhtml?AXE_RUNNER=3 - true - 8 - 1
Any assistance you can provide would be very helpful.
Thank you,
Lizzie

Hello Lizzie, I have not received the "attached EPUB". Could you please try sending it to me directly at daniel.weck@gmail.com ? Thank you! |
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for following up. I will forward that message to your Gmail address just so you can test the EPUB. But I will also update you on our situation here.
I and my colleagues have all gotten ACE by Daisy to work on various EPUBs in the past week. However, we continue to get the same kind of errors sporadically (e.g., Error: Failed to check Content Document 'cop.xhtml': did-fail-load: -3 - - acehttps://0.0.0.0//OEBPS/cop.xhtml?AXE_RUNNER=3 - true - 8 - 1). Generally we are able to get it working on the second or third attempt. We are happy enough with the current situation, if you think it’s not worth investigating further.
Thank you,
Lizzie

Slt !
Hello, is this on Windows, Mac or Linux? Could you please share with me an EPUB to reproduce the problem? Thank you! |
Hello @truuudy are you still experiencing this problem with DAISY Ace App v1.3.2? |
Hi! I'm getting this error for every EPUB (even older ones that previously had no issues). The full error message reads: Error: Failed to check Content Document 'tp.xhtml': did-fail-load: -3 - - acehttps://0.0.0.0//OEBPS/tp.xhtml?AXE_RUNNER=25 - true - 12 - 1
Please help.
