Staged Deployments

Hi,

Just downloaded your app and it works really well but I was wondering if I could request a feature.

For some of my project I stage a deployment and then promote it - is it possible for the app to support this?

I could trigger the staged build fine from the app by "Promoting", but when I try to promote that build from "Production: Staged" to "Production" it just re-triggers a staged build.
