The MAUI Blazor startup time is embarrassingly slow. We should find ways to speed it up if that's even possible.

Another thing that would help would be to combine the MAUI splash and Blazor "loading..." screens but there's no sign of that happening either: dotnet/maui#10044.

I can't seem to find anything on this and no one replies either so I'll just close this and hope it gets faster with .NET 9 later this year.
