The System theme should apply the Material You palette or Windows accent color with MudBlazor's theme customization with respect to dark/light mode.

  • We only use the primary color right now
  • The custom color should only apply to API 27+, otherwise remains default purple
  • Must apply the color to the status bar
  • Do we make the loading screen more neutral?
