This usually happens when there's an invalid file reference but the compiler (vite) didn't catch it somehow. Check your browser console logs. You can also try running Changes in the Some more notes in case you haven't seen them: https://www.librechat.ai/docs/development/get_started |

Follow up question, it would be helpful to know which file(s) you're changing and what are the changes, to really know what's going on better. There's no issue with building the frontend, I'm making edits every day. |

Hi mate,
Adding admin control tab settings for settings.tsx and nav.tsx. I figured
out the problem for development mode. In regards to npm run frontend, if
there are errors/problems in the client side code, does this cause frontend
to successfully build yet not log errors? Since it seems like before the
client side changes did not reflect the build and the build is a previous
version.

Hello everyone, I'm developing through npm and TSX File Changes Not Reflecting in Build, Cache Clear Leads to Blank White Screen
I'm encountering an issue where changes made to
.tsx
files are not reflected in the build output when accessing the application on port 3080. Backend changes, however, are correctly reflected when I runnpm run backend
. Additionally, when I clear the browser cache and reload the page, I get a blank white screen. Also, before when frontend was working, frontend:dev didn't continuously transform modules and detect file changes neither did backend:dev following steps on docs. This issue is causing significant disruption as frontend updates aren't visible, while the backend changes are reflected as expected. The situation worsens when clearing the browser cache, as it renders the application unusable with a blank white screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
.tsx
file.npm ci
.npm run frontend
.npm run backend
..tsx
file changes are not reflected.Expected Behavior:
.tsx
file changes should be reflected in the build and visible when accessing the application on port 3080.Actual Behavior:
.tsx
files are not reflected in the application, even after running bothnpm run frontend
andnpm run backend
.**
Potential Areas of Concern:
.tsx
files to be served..tsx
files whennpm run backend
is also executed.Questions and help
.tsx
file changes are not reflected while backend changes are when running bothnpm run frontend
andnpm run backend
? How was this resolved?.tsx
files specifically compared to backend files?Steps Taken So Far:
npm run backend
.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your support and insights!
