Bedrock errors for non-short prompts

Same error has here but without using chat comparison: #4222

What happened?

When using any prompt that isn't very short. E.g. asking "What is 3+3" works fine, but asking it to explain a piece of code gives the same error as in the above discussion.
The same prompts work fine without error when sending them through the Anthropic endpoint to the same model (Sonnet 3.5).

Steps to Reproduce
1.) Select Bedrock
2.) Select Sonnet 3.5
3.) Write medium-sized prompt
4.) Observe error
5.) Copy-paste same prompt to Anthropic endpoint
6.) Observe success
7.) Try Bedrock with very short prompt
8.) Observe success
