If I try to valid a master card credit card number starting with 230744 from C6 Bank (Brazil) the function isCreditCard return false.

C6 Bank in Brazil use bin 230744 (mastercard)... I think it's unnecessary to check this and only necessary to valid the number with Luhn algorithm
